Our company's content manager acts as a "guardian angel" to our clients. The content manager is responsible for customer service under the Corporate tariff.

The manager's main functions are connection management, activation of clients' corporate account, processing and adaptation of client files, monitoring the availability of equipment on the network, management of accounts receivables, helping to set up file transfers on any number of objects, promptly responding to customer requests via WhatsApp/Telegram, monitoring the development of additional integrations of TV and external services (for more information on the available integrations, see Integration and Additional Channel Settings)
